It will be the general practice of ACF to announce new projects at least one week prior to the initial call for contributors. Contributions may be open until the goal is met or for a set time frame depending on the project and it’s goals. Most contributions will result in the issuance of a contribution voucher, tied to the project and serialized.. These vouchers recognize your contribution and indicate your shares in profit that may come due, as outlined in each project. Vouchers are non-transferrable, but in rare cases, the Kingdom may offer to repurchase them before maturity. Royal Chicken Flock Contributors Wanted
The plans have been finalized for procuring 35 chickens for the Kingdom’s operations. A large coop and yard, as well as feeding and grain growing infrastructure will be required. A total contribution goal of $1000 USD has been set. Minimum contribution amount is $20, constituting 1 of 50 contributor vouchers available. Partial vouchers are not available for this project.
The current plan of operation is to grow out and harvest the 25 broiler chickens in the flock, with the Royal family reimbursing ACF at a rate of 1 Sanus per bird, to be returned to voucher holders. The ten egg laying chickens shall go into production, being utilized in the Kingdom and sold to outside entities. Portions of these proceeds will be paid semiannually to voucher holders for two years following the closing of this projects contribution period.
There is currently no set maximum number of contribution vouchers a single person can purchase. Contribute One Voucher for $20 below.
